I've heard the NEW SONG and it's encouraging.

Metallica is done. I might give it a listen, I will not buy though.
They never should have aired thier dirty laundry with that movie 'Some Kind of Monster'. I used to be a big metallicahead until I saw that.

I've listened to the "New song" too, & it was good.
It sounded to me like their Load or Master of Puppets stuff.
Though the Intro is "St.Anger" style!
I think the next Metallica record's gonna be MUCH BETTER than
St.Anger...Because now the James-&-Lars struggles are quite off!

no, they've sucked since the black album. it should tell you right there. they had four previous releases (not including ep's), and the black album has no title...just like a first release. pooh pooh.
