Yes. Apollo 11 was the first, but we had 6 successful moon landings in all (Apollo 13 being the ill-fated one that did not land on the moon).

Apollo 11 had Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin on the Mare Tranquillitatis.

Apollo 12 had Charles Conrad and Alan Bean on the Oceanus Procellarum.

Apoloo 13 did not land due to the equipment malfunction that nearly killed everyone on board.

Apollo 14 had Allen Shepard and Edgar Mitchell on Fra Mauro.

Apollo 15 had David Scott and James Irwin on Hadley Rille/Apennines.

Apollo 16 had John Young and Charles Duke on Descartes.

Apollo 17 had Eugene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt on the Taurus-Littrow region.

Yes, on Apollo 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17. Apollo 13 had a serious problem (an explosion in an oxygen tank) so did not land on the moon.

Thank goodness we haven't got any of those silly moon-landing deniers responding yet. You know, those people who know nothing about Apollo other than what fellow conspirator lovers tell them.

Well done, guys. Good answers. Wish I could tick them all.

I like your Howard Stern avatar. We haven't been to the moon in 34 years. Even though the US states that they will return to the moon, I don't buy it.
