is it more common for a teenager or a middle age women?

to miss a period while pregnant .. i know sometimes thats not that case because of 'implantation bleeding' (correct me if im wrong) but i was wondering if its more common in middle age/older women or teenagers (14- 20ish) or maybe the age isnt the factor? Its a pretty stupid question but i was kind of just wondering about it the other day. Please don't be rude, I know missing your period is a very signifgant sign of pregnancy, but some women DO have light abnormal periods compared to their regular periods
