My boyfriend and I share the same friend. I told Bill( our friend) that I love Jeremy. Jeremy and I don't tell each other that we love each other and we have been togather almost a year. Bill went behind my back and told Jeremy that I really loved him and Bill pretended to come out of the room to get a drink and told me Jeremy sounds excited. But, that is just hear say. How do I know when is the time to tell him I love him and see if he feels the same way. I don't want to be used here.

You've been together a year and you don't know how he feels by now? And you haven't told him either??? What's up with that? If I really loved the guy, I'd be busting at the seams until I told him. DO you really love this guy or is it just an easy relationship being with him?

It is always so much easier to show your affections than to say those three words for fear of rejection and humiliation. It was good that you told Bill and hopefully he did mention it and wasn't playing around with you. But before you just outright tell Jeremy those three words, go somewhere private and have a nice talk about what you both mean to each other. Ask him how he truly feels about you and what he would be willing to do for you. Sometimes it's easier for guys to talk it out first than to say they love their girlfriend. Since the two of you have been together for a year now, then you should be able to tell if he's lying or just trying to sugar coat it. Then when the time is right, just ask him if his feelings go beyond "really like" and if he says yes then that's a start. Maybe he's happy with the way things are and all so don't rush the words. It will happen eventually. I mean you two have been together this long right?

When you really love someone telling them is as easy and natural as can be.

Being together for a long time doesn't always amount to loving someone. Its between you and Jeremy. Leave Bill and his spin on things out of it. There's something not quite complete about whatever is going on with you and Jeremy. You may want to hold off until you're more sure of any number of things and/or until it just comes naturally to say it.

I've read that real love has to include trusting someone and admiring them. If you don't trust Jeremy enough to be able to say what you want out of fear that he'll use you what you have for him may not quite be real love.

i just replied to your last question about breaking up with your boyfriend, so why would you even consider telling him you love him? youve been dating a year & you dont know how he feels. if he hasnt told you by now well then??? in your last ? you said he leaves you at home by yourslelf & goes out with his friends, sometimes all night & hes rude to you. are you a glutten for punishment? i wouldnt tell him i love him i would tell him to get a job, get a car & get a new girlfriend. also i wouldnt tell bill anything else since he has such a big mouth. with friends like that who needs enemies. sometimes a 3rd party friend feels jealous & likes to cause problems between the couple, especially if he was jeremy's friend first he will always be more loyal to him...

It's very simple really first you open your mouth as if for a tongue depressor and say " iiiiieeee ". Then you curl your tongue in your mouth toward the roof of your mouth and make the sound " ULLL" the you again open your mouth for a tongue depressor and say "ahhh"

then you bite your lip a bit and make the "VVVV" sound

then you kind pinch your cheeks with the side of your mouth and make the " yyyyyuuuuu" sound and then you pucker a little and make the "ooooo" sound.

Thats how you say the sentence" I love you"
all things serious now. if you love him just tell him. prolonging how you feel about him without him knowing can eat you up especially if you really don't know how he feels.
