I have 2 HD TVs. Is there such a thing as a dual HD receiver where I can view the 2TVs in HD with 1 receiver?

I currently have Dish Network. I'm trying to get an HD receiver to control 2 HD TVs that includes an HD-DVR. I'm getting different answers from different DIsh reps. Can anyone help in layman's terms, especially because I don't understand all the "inputs and outputs" on TVs.

i have a dish dvr-not hd, but it has two remote controls, so that you can have a tv in a second room and watch two dif shows. one remote is ir, the other is uhf, so it will go through walls.
