You can certainly be pregnant even though you have your period. Anyone that says otherwise is wrong. Sore breasts are also a symptom of pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests are not always accurate, but a blood test could come back negative as well if you have low amounts of the pregnancy hormone in your body.

You may be pregnant - the answer that if you are having your period you are not pregnant is just plain wrong.

However, the symptoms you provide could be any of dozens of conditions, some quite serious. You really must have an examination by a Dr., preferably an internist.

Believe me, it is worth the cost and time to have this checked out.

Good luck to you.

it sounds like you're antsy about your doctor's visit... you already know you could be pregnant, you don't need an answer. But stop stressing. Take things as they come. Your doctor's app. is next week. In the mean time, take it easy, dont' smoke, drink, etc just to be on the safe side and TRY not to think too much until you have a confirmation....

You may possibly be pregnant. I don't know what the other ladies are talking about you can still get your period and be pregnant. Take it from me I have 2 beautiful daughters and I had my period when I was pregnant with both of them. No one knows your body more than you so if you feel as though you might be pregnat then maybe you are.

It's possible you're not having periods, you're just spotting. You are exhibiting many of the signs of pregnancy, and need to see a doctor immediately. In the meantime, stop smoking and drinking alcohol.

It could be a cyst. I worked with a woman that everyone thought she was pregnant. Turned out she had a 7 pound cyst removed. It was benign(not cancerous)

You are not pregnant if you are having your period, but it sounds like something else might be wrong. Make sure to tell your doctor when you see him the following week about your symptoms.

You need to get checked up as soon as possible. You may have a tumor in your uterus.
