I got a friend who listens to a lot of Reggaeton. He says it's like Spanish language rap. I don't really know Spanish, and I was won dering, is it as dirty as regular American rap? Are the lyrics as vulgar or more so? Which songs are the dirtiest?

I happen to love Raggaeton! It's dirty alright! But, poetically done with less vulgar language.
Daddy Yankee sings this one song Called "Aquie Esta Tu Caldo" which says "Mami, pon la hoya Que aqui esta tu caldo" which translates to "Babe, put your pot (or soup bowl) cause here is your soup." De-code it.....! (Unfortunately, literal translations to English aren't attractive. I hope you understand Spanish to get the juice of the song (get it...juice/soup...whatever).

Sometimes they can be a little vulgar, but that is in any kind of music.
Rap is the leading kind of vulgar and dirty music, regaeton is not that bad, I mean there are good "real" artists out there, you should learn more about the culture.

there are lots of filthy reggaeton songs, there's one called Dirty Ho' and its lyrics are plagued by cursing and dirty words, most of them describe life in the ghetto and the girls (cats) who live there. Personally, i don't like reggaeton either.
