Is a company (In Maryland) obligated by law to show you your
Work description if you ask for it? Like if you ask your supervisor, or HR person? If not, couldn't they just lie and tell you it's part of your job decription and have you doing all kinds of things your shouldn't be doing?

Not all companies have written job descriptions. It isn't something that is required "by law" to run a business.

A stellar employee doesn't feel they are bound by a written description of what they should be doing anyway, They are team players who will do what is required to help the company succeed - a good attitude is what makes an employee valuable, and eligible for promotion and pay hikes.
