I have a 4gb nano and i might buy an 8gb nano, will my genuine lanyard fit the new style 8gb ipod nano or will i need to buy a new one???????

Nope sorry I'm not 100% but it appears anything that uses just the dockconnector or just the headphone should work backward compatible but in relation to each other the ports have moved so the lanyard will be one thing that I believe will not be compatible cross generation.
