Go back to the shop that worked on the A/C, they may have disconnected something when they worked on it and did not reconnect it.

Sounds like the thermostat isn't opening. Run the car long enough for it to get to operating temperature. If still no heat, check the thermosat . . . if they had it out and put it in backwards, or if it's simply not opening, you'll get no heat.
