has never been married, has no kids, and is still renting (no house) attractive?

just as a matter of interest why do you think that its what you have that makes you attractive to the opposite sex.
if that is all she is interested in then you are better off without her. i have two kids and i can tell you i would rather be in a relationship with a fella who has f*** all and is a nice fella to me and my kids that a fella that has all of wat you think is impotrant and a right b**tard behind it all.
in my opinion a person is attractive by who they are not by wat they have.

depends on the man...how does he treat women? Why has he never been married, maybe he just hasn't found the right someone yet...no kids I would say to be a plus if he's never been married, still renting..maybe he doesn't want the hassles that go along with a house, just because a person rents doesn't always mean it's because they can't afford a house.

If you are looking for a phone pal or someone to hang out with now & then without getting into a full pledge relationship, maybe. There are too many issues he hasn't been exposed to yet for considering him on a more serious basis. This should also take in consideration on his part as to why he has not aquired these things at this point in his life. There may be a lists of logical & sensible reasons why he decided to wait.
