if you would not do it in front of your spouse/signf.other then it is cheating (in my book) i do not do or say anything infront of my husband that i would not do when i am not with him.

Yes, if you are flirting back you are indicating interest in the other person. Flirting is the first step to see if you can get someones attention, if you just shut the other person down, that is it. You flirt back and it leads onto other things. Why flirt when you are married? Do you want your wife to flirt with men? Also, people may loose respect for you professionally as this is happening at work.

Flirting isnt cheating, but it is opening the door to Cheating. You need to be very careful your wife has a point, it may not be, but you can begin to build a relationship with a women through flirting and before you know wake up in her bed, and relize ohhh yeahhhh i'm married

Let's think about this from another angle, would you be okay with your wife flirting with other men? If you are, then you can keep flirting without guilt. But then again, if you respect your wife's feelings, then you would stop. This has nothing to do with defining when should one flirt. It's as simple as that you need to consider your wife's feelings.

When you give your affection and attention to someone other than your wife.... you are cheating. That not respectful and you're not honoring your wife, marriage or God by doing that. You shouldn't participate in any type of conversation or behavior that you would not do if your wife were standing by your side. Would it be ok if she were doing the same thing? How would you feel about that?

Why invite that kind of drama into your life.

I think there are degrees of flirting... from the innocent flutter of the eye lashes to the hands on vixen approach.. I don't mind my hisband flirting as long as he knows there is a line somewhere in the middle that he shouldn't cross... .

But what I think isn't important as I am not your wife and what she thinks and feels is what's important...

I don't think that it is cheating really but in my opinion it is wrong. Ask yourself this, how would you feel if your wife was doing what you were doing? That's how I figure out if I am doing something wrong, I turn the tables. If I wouldn't want my husband doing it then I shouldn't. Since your wife has said she considers it cheating I wouldn't do it!

Flirting is not cheating, but it definately tempts you to do so. I say stay away from it to keep yourself out of trouble. Plus...if it bothers your WIFE it should be an automatic DUH...no flirting. Her opinion should count way more than anyone on Yahoo!

No, everyone flirts but cheating is when something happens but if your wife is upset maybe you should back off alittle.

Everyone flirts.

It strokes your ego. It's only cheating if you cross the line.

If deep down you know it's just harmless fun then just have fun with it.

Live a little!!!
