It's a touching modern love story about David and Kate, two lonely people sho meet accidentally when she attempts suicide. He's the cop who negotiates her down off the ledge, and devotes his time to helping her find out why she's so depressed. SPOILER ALERT - it turns out that she's depressed because her mom left when she was young and her father made her turn tricks for a living because he was a drunk. But she doesn't remember that because she was hit by a street sweeper one night when her pimp pushed her out into the street and she has amnesia. So David finds the pimp and kills him for hurting Kate and they live happily ever after. I'm still not sure why they call it Snakes on a Plane - there were no snakes, and they never went anywhere on a plane at all. Although there were planes flying overhead a couple of times... Perhaps they were trying to be symbolic? Cause you know, pimps are slimy and scary like snakes, and a plane could symbolize Kate's freedom from her past?

Nelville Flynn escorts a witness onto a plane headed for Los Angeles. Problem is, an assassin who is bent on killing the witness has released a crate containing about 450 snakes onto the same plane. I haven't seen this movie and I'm not going to. However, I'm guessing that those snakes were in cages and some psycho openned it before the flight and that's how the whole flight turned into a one scary son of a ***** of a flight. Throughout the movie it's survival in air against different kinds of snakes. Scary, eh?
If you like scary movies, you might wanna watch ABC Family for 13 nights starting October 13th. It's a Halloween special. One of those movies is gonna be the Corp's Bride (staring Johny Depp). Hope I answered your question like you wanted! Take care.
