If you put up with him ignoring you and don't dump him then he will always assume that it alright for him to treat you that way. You deserve a guy who will respect you and pay attention to you. Sure you like him but why waste your time if he isn't going to pay attention to you. Don't be one of those girls that just hangs on and lets a guy treat her bad.

Mandy,
I'm thinking that you have shown your bf that you are way too dependent on him. You expect HIM to make you happy instead of YOU making yourself happy. You cannot allow anyone to take that much control of YOUR life. So, concentrate on other things for a while. Spend some time with girl buds and don't try to get the bf's attention. Give him a taste of his own medicine.
If he wanders off, you've lost nothing. You are still you. You can still smile...and the next bus comes along in about 10 minutes. :) Don't lose yourself in a guy. You are unique, important to many others and you deserve to be treated well, not as an afterthought. Always keep this in mind. Treat others the same way. You'll win.
Remember the old saying: You got along without him before you met him.... and you'll get along without him now. :)

Leave him alone for a few days. Maybe when he sees you having a life of your own and not in his face, he'll realize what he's missing out on. If all else fails confront him and ask what the problem is, b/c you don't appreciate being ignored. Hopefully he'll respond right and work on appreciating you more. If he doesn't, then he wasn't the guy for you.

Sounds like there might be a problem. And ignoring it will not help, communication is key. First I would find out if there was something wrong, something that you might have done or said. Or someone that might have said something to him. Talk to him, try to bring it out. Tell him that you are concerned about your relationship, and would like to fix it before something drastic ie: a breakup happens.

ignore him, dont show him that you care, because this is what he wants, he wants you to beg for attention. My ex boyfriend of 2 1/2 years dumped me and he wanted me to beg for him back, when I didnt, and I ignored him, he got upset and came crawling back, but by then I didn't want anything to do with him. put on the "don't care" act and he will come back

Find something else to take up your time besides him. maybe he is hanging with his buddies. so do not let yourself be into only him.
