Cost shoundn't be an issue. If you want them get them. It is for yourself. I love mine and would pay for them again.

Worth it is relative - what you have to remeber though is the average life of a breast implant is about 5-6 years before you have to have them replaced (if you're really lucky you might get as long as ten years) - so the real question is can you afford to have them changed every x amount of years for the rest of your life plus do you want to subject your body to that amount of operations?

First may I suggest spell check. If you mean breast implants, I would say no. There are some good bra's out there that will give you the look you want. Develop a great personality and then no one will notice what kind of boobs you have.

I can't say for sure, I don't have them. However, I will say this, I am seriously considering them, at 27. I think it depends on your reason for getting them. Is it because you want to feel more comfortable with yourself, or because you just feel the need to because of society. I personally hate wearing clothes without a padded bra because I myself, think I look unproportioned. I am guessing that all the girls here who say no about implants have at least a large B cup......and don't really know what its like to live with somewhat small boobs.

Well they are if you have a size A and can't feel out a shirt or any clothes for that matter. Then i guess they might but if you are insecure don't even bother. Nothing is worth it

It depends how much you want them. If you are just doing it for the sake of it, to impress guys and look like what you see in magazines, then I would say no. However, if you have always felt unhappy with the size of your breasts or felt disproportionate, and know this would boost your confidence, then yes. HTH.

I think you mean, breast implants. Anyway, I say no to implants. I was actually contemplating on getting implants awhile back, but I found out that it is much harder to find lumps on your breasts with implants in and its much harder to get mammograms. It's just much safer to be natural.

No because once you get the breast implants you have to do maintenance on them so nothing will happen.
