first you need to look who are these teams playing against. if division rivals teams tend to play better and harder. if not, you just have to look how they match up defense wise and how they do in the past. team a and b looks good on paper. if i have to chose i have to choose team a.

Definitely Team A.
Only strong point of Team B is the QB, but this year, Carson Palmer has still yet to show that he is 100% healthy. I think the knee is still bothering him and the Bengals know it.
