I think that the best way to pick a name is to look at the list of most popular names and pick one that is not on the list. Try to find a name that will fit a child when they get older, think about how they would react in a professional situation. Would the name fit or would they be embarrassed.

I like Alegzandria, Alegzandra, Emmaleigh, Bayeleigh, and Kaydance for girls. For boys, Alegzander, Kenyon, Kaiden, Acetin, Chase, and Jared. All are pretty much spelled uncommonly, but are easy to pronounce, as I just changed the original spellings!

I can suggest names, but I doubt these people I don't know will like them. :D

I personally think family names are best. Grandfathers, aunts, especially if they're already passed on.

I plan to give my son (if that ever happens) my own name, since I always go by an inherited nickname. James Andrew is a nice name I think, shame for it to go to waste on me.

I think that it is good to look way back in the family tree and find a name. Those old names are popular now.
