no.. no driver has ever won it in the same year, yet. yes you're right. harvick has the chance to do it this year. it's pretty guaranteed for him to win the busch series,,and he's got a great shot at the cup series this year.. so who knows. it would be awesome to see.
for the person that said bobby labonte won in the same year.. bobby won the busch series in 1991 and winston in 2000. for some reason there are sights that say he is the only driver to win both, but it was definitely not in the same year..

I asked this question a while back. Everyone said no, but I later found out on NASCAR.com that Bobby Labonte won both in the same year. I'm not sure what year that was though.
I'm hoping Harvick can do it this year!!
