Okay, my guy friend is in a military program, and he came back for a day to have a get together. My friends mom told me that he kept asking if I was coming... he also gave me about 5 hugs during the 6 hours we were there. we talked most of the time... and he had a smile on his face the whole time.... do you think he likes me... I'm confused, He might just be happy to see me... please help!!!
P.S- If he doesn't like me like that, is there a way i can get him to like me ... more than just a friend?

I would think if it was more, he would of asked you to go out on a date. Break the ice and ask him if he would like to go to a movie together. Or bake him a cake or pie and take it to him.

This is difficult to answer becuase, one, we don't know you guys and two, we weren't there.
It sounds like he has some sort of feelings for you though. Whether he's happy to be back home to see his best friend or perhaps, while being away, he realized what feelings he actually had for you and couldn't wait to express them in the least offensive manner possible.
I think the best thing to do on your part is to point blank, ask him. Don't be afraid. If he says he does, well, congratulations and if he says no, at least you know for sure and you wouldn't loose a friend!

He cares about you very much and being far away probably made him realize just how much. Distance like thatcan put things in perspective. Six hugs means is it safe to kiss you yet. So just start writing him and get something going. If you two can keep it going in letters then you just might have a realshot. Good luck but it doesn't sound like you'll need it.

Talk to him first bcuz u don't wanna jump into conclusions. He may have been happy to see you but if he says it's something more than go for it. It's worth the try Good luck

I think tjat he might, you should tell him you like me and you wnat to hang out next time he is home. If he is away you sould send him a care package or at least an email. Do it for your country!!!
