COLD water as soon as you can-I have also used peroxide. Soak the stained area in a shallow amount of peroxide for a few minutes. This is how medical staff remove blood many times in an emergency room. I also treat with shout before washing to remove any residue.

Spray 'n Wash makes a really cool roll-on stick that works really well. Even if the blood has dried and been there for days. Wet your panties, rub it on, and leave them for a while. You can either rinse them to make sure the stain came off or throw them directly in the wash. It pretty much always comes out, but check them before you dry because you can repeat the process if they're still wet. If you dry them, it "bakes" it in and the stain will never come out.

Whatever you do wash them in COLD WATER because hot water sets the stain use shout or club soda right away and if it still doesnt come out keep trying with the other ideas you get on here. Whatever you do dont throwthem in the dryer until they are clean cause the stain will set.

Oxi clean works super good I actually did a high school science project on stain removers a few years ago and the oxi clean powder worked the best. Oh and I have used it on blood before it really works good.

Might sound weird and something crazy to do. But, toothpaste really works. Don't have to go out and buy a expensive brand use the one you have at your house. How long you leave it on is truly up to you. Some leave it on for a few minutes. Some leave it on till it starts to split. And don't leave it on overnight. I'm not a wild sleeper I sleep on my back so I leave it on overnight since I don't go to bed till like 1 in the morning and have to wake up at 5.

Rinse it off with warm (or cool -- I've heard both, but I usually use warm because it feels nicer for my hands). Then soak in cold water with a little bit of detergent overnight or however long. Then machine wash with no fabric softener if you can (try 1/2 cup of plain white vinegar instead).

When I don't feel like soaking it, I hand wash with a little bit of detergent and warm water, then rinse, then lather it up again, but don't rinse, just squeeze out the water. Then I let it dry and leave it til laundry day, then machine wash.

If you have a cotton panel, rinse in cold water and then apply hydrogen peroxide. Then rinse and wash as usual. Works great. When I was working it wasn't unusual to get blood on me somewhere.
