its so annoying because my friends make fun of my sweaty hands and i cant shake somebodys hand without them making a face.help please!thanx

i have the same problem. Hands are kind of hard to deal with and i havent yet found a cure (besides botox shots wich cost too much) but for the feet buy Clinical Strength Anti Persperant wich is over the counter. Take a shower at night and scrub your feet. Just before bed rub the deoderant into your feet like you would a lotion. It works! i do it all the time! Good luck =)

Im having this same prob since 24 years!! but can't do anything, nothing seems to be able to get rid of it. but take it easy, sweaty hands and feet mean that you are in good health.
You can get hold of some powder that you sprinkle after you wash your hands. It is supposed to reduce the sweat effect. It didnt work for me.. but try it..

LOL I got the same problem I really thought I was like only one. I have no idea what you can do besides poweder. If its really bad I would mention it to your doctor. There is a pill or something I think you can take. My brother calls me "flamming text" cause im so HOT when I touch him!

Maybe Botox. People get botox injections in their armpits to reduce excessive sweating. You might be able to get the same thing done for your hands and feet.

Ugh. I have this same problem! Try using Talc powder on your hands and feet- this should absorbed the mousture.
