I see all these basketball playes who tap the ball like 50 times in 10 seconds, what are some drills that can help me continously fast under my legs? If you are here to say, "Don't try to dribble under your legs so much" or something just leave now, I want a real answer.

While growing up I had a driveway with a basketball pole and no backboard and rim... so I just dribbled all the time. Assuming you can't go back in time and recreate my crappy exprience... try this:

Remember, dribbling the ball quickly between your legs is a matter of pratice and more practice. It has to become second nature. Can't think about it. As far as drills, can't think of anything specific that teaches dribbling between the legs. Only one the comes close from my years of being a basketball player and coach, classes, practices, etc. is the "octupus" (or may have a different name). Where you keep the ball between your feet and tap it real fast with 1) right hand in front of the knee then 2) left hand in front of the knee then 3) right hand swung behind the right knee/thigh and then 4) left hand swung behind the left knee/thigh... then repeat 1-4 quickly as you can... all the while the ball stays bouncing in the same place. This just works on timing and coordination.

Also practice dribbling between your hands in a straight line. Then just transfer that motion with your leg in between. Twist your torso accordingly so you can maintain that straight line dribble motion.

Again, you just have to keep doing it over and over again. Hope this makes sense to you!

well u shoudl just dribble under u legs and yes ther are drills i knoe this one where it is calld crab but u don't dribble adn u keep ur head up so ur ain't looking at the ball and u getthe ball with ur finger tips and u go around each leg as u walk but do it kinda slow bc it helps it knoe where the ball is .. but if u can dribble under u legs then but keep doing that and go a lil slower the speed up and only bounch the ball once and u go to the otehr leg bc if u dribble then u hesitate !! good luck !
