There aren't 2nd and 3rd seasons of Fruits Basket. If you would like to know the rest of the story, read the manga, it goes a lot more deeper. Fans are trying to make the creaters make another season, but I doubt it'll work because those things never work.

there is no second or third season of fruits basket. they only made 26 eps and as far as i know, all of them have been released.
the manga is ongoing still in japan although the creator of the series has stated in an interview that she wants to finish it this year (there are currently 20 volumes released in Japan)
