Small town. The big city stinks, is noisy, and it's just not natureous and friendly. I want to live in a small town or in the mountains.

My vote goes to a small town, rather than a big city, in spite of 'm in a big city, as there's no choice, nowhere to go, for me. One may live peacefully in a small town, where there's no more crowd, no traffic, no haste & running around, above all, nature's beauty in real sense. I wish I could live in a small but beautiful town.

What's best? A place with small city attitudes and big city perks.
Generally those places hail small tourist areas.
