A hair removal cream(like Nair) is the cheapest way to get rid of it fast, but it will grow back. It will take longer to grow back then it would if you shaved, though.

you dont want it to grow back?? what at all............ever??
then its not a quick treatment nor cheap. its called electrolysis, it done by lasers, to kill the root. also its not a one off treatment, you will have to go a few times to get perfect results. but once its done thats it, no more hair....
but other than that its the only way for your hair not to grow back

Electrolyse.. but u can also use a hair remover but the hair grows back eventually.

an old trick that really works:
cover the area in mustard, and rub it in really well... then wrap it with a steaming hot wet towel over night.
i think it has something to do with the acid in mustard, or the heat.

chances are the hair will grow back again. you could use veet mousse to loosen the roots and then just wipe it off easily with a cloth
