Although your question is obviously a joke, I actually agree with you.
Before you all click on the "thumbs down" button, at least hear me out.
The purpose of the second amendment is to allow the general populace to be well enough equipped that a hastily organized militia could stand a chance at inflicting some damage against a regular army unit, in case the country was ever invaded.
Now I understand that this was written at a time when regular army units had muskets, not fully automatic assault rifles, but the intent is still the same: average citizens should be able to defend their homes against a hostile armed force.
Let's just say that by some miracle, a hostile army sets foot on American soil, and manages to hold its own against the US military...what hope do you think you have, as a private citizen, to defend your home and property against guys with tanks, machine guns, and body armor? Answer: none.
Gun control laws are unconstitutional.
Now, I understand that nobody wants to think about their crazy neighbor Jed owning an anti-tank rocket. But if Jed ever did anything stupid with his hardware, you would be able to defend yourself with your thermite grenades.

You don't need all of those weapons! What do you need them for? Ok I can understand having a few weapons but is it necessary to have as much artillery as the Army? Where in the world do you live?
Well if you're so hell bent on having them, I hope you have bullet proof or shall I say bazooka proof windows and doors too! Because you act like someone or something is coming after you. That's being a little paranoid don't you think? Trouble maker are you? You better straighten up and start flying right!

Wow im going to circulate out on a limb right here and say you probable have not graduated highschool (the two to youthful or to stupid) and you by no skill traveled exterior of your state...oh and definately no longer a e book reader. You can not have an explosive without a license. Keep in mind if it is stolen you can be held responsible for any damages that may result.
In order to get said license you must provide your "need" and ability to keep it secure.
You don't have to be a liberal to know that.
