There are lots of things that could cause you to feel this way, I stayed that way with my last pregnancy, if I moved too fast or turned a corner, or turned over too quickly I would feel like the world was spinning. My doctor said it was normal because your body undergoes such changes during pregnancy and your blood flow is increased to your stomach so your heart has to work harder to get enough to the rest of your body. If you're bothered by it or just worried I'd put a call into your doctor, that's what she/he is there for. Good luck to you and baby :)

Your blood pressure might be high. Put a call in to your doctor, see if you should come in. Then lay down on your left side and drink plenty of water. If the problem doesn't go away, go to the doctor or hospital.

Your circulatory system takes a hit when preggers. My finger tips were numb the last 2 months of my pregnancy. Just sit down with your feet up when that happens.

I am the same way during pregnancy. The only thing that helps me is sitting down and eating and drinking something. I dont have diabetes or anything and my iron is only slightly low. Maybe yours is just that baby is hungry? (i am 37wks with baby #2)

Have you had your blood sugar test yet? I think that it is at like 27 weeks. But it is possible you have low blood sugar and need to eat something. you may want to tell your doctor too so that your blood pressure can be checked.

call your doc but until you can see him/her try not getting up too fast and try not make quick turns, remeber your equilibrium is off and cause you to feel dizzy.
