you will get charged with import tax if the package is professionally packed. I've ordered many pieces for my guinness collection from the US or Asia and if it looks amateur packaging the customs will consider it a private package. However if it has clear markings(amazon box, invoice attached outside,...) They'll consider it a purchase and charge you with import tax.

There are no import duties inside the European Union, and that includes all 25 countries.
