we went into his country when he was found to not have weapons of mass destruction...he was never even threatening any other nations. for god's sake, i'm not going to say he shouldn't stay in jail...but definitely not executed.

Its difficult to say for certain. He may be executed, or die in the process of the trial. Especially, if it turns out to be a boondoggle like the Milosevic trial at the Hague. There seem to be indications of that. At any rate it will be a while.

He will probably be executed. I do wish they were not dragging this trial out for such a long time.

I would prefer he get life in prison-no chance of parole-and kept in a cell about 6'X8', away from everything and everyone......no TV, radio, books, newspapers, etc.,.

He would slowly go crazy, and know what was happening to him.

The answer is obvious he'll be hanged. This trial isn't about justice it's about revenge. I suspcet they'll be done in 6 months or so.
