have a quiet place to read . concentrate , soft music you like helps'.. read carefully. understand what you have read , if not read again. take notes if you have too. if you don't understand a word ask or use dictionary. after you have read , stop and let it all go through your mind and see if you remember what you just read, if not you are not concentrating . read whatever seems interesting to you , and at your learning level.

Read novels and such to expand your knowledge, thinking skills, vocabulary, etc. Just continue to read, read, read!
