Well there's Hitler and Mussolini of Germany and Italy 1933-1945 both ended up dead by starting the war too early and attacking too many countries at once. Most dictators are brain dead. British prime minister Nevil Chamberlain was a total idiot. for believing Hitler that peace was assured with Nazi Germany a few months later there at war. So you see there have been lots of morons at the top. It is unfortunate but true.

Id say that most world leaders can be stupid in one way or another for differant reasons so it wouldnt be easy to choose the worst one out of a very bad lot.

hmmmmmmm lets see, off the top of my head:

Hitler, Emperor Hiruhito, Pol Pot, Idi Amin and Stalin.

Now, as bad as you think George Bush may be, his actions are minimal compared to the senseless death and destruction cause by those leaders.

For pure stupidity, the all time winner has to be Neville Chamberlain.

Now if you are too young or lack the knowledge to know about those leaders, I would suggest that you look them up and read about them before continuing to make comments such as this.

If George Bush is stupid yet can still manipulate another world leader then it logically follows that that world leader must be even less intelligent.

Come on down Tony Blair.

Nah, Jimmy Carter has to be at the top of the list and don't forget Lyndon B. Johnson. Bill Clinton was one h*ll of a con man and egotist. Don't think so? Nothing happened to his friend that went to the Library of Congress to destroy records about Clinton's failure in handling Osama. Funny that issue just blew away like dust in the wind. Now if you or I had done that we would be behind bars.

I'd say Hitler was another Buffoon. Bush isn't too far behind. You also have to include Bush Sr. for starting the inevitable WWIII. His son is just as dumb and perpetuating it. Bush is not just stupid but his also very evil. Cheney is also another evil dude. But hands down to the most stupidest award goes to the people who voted for Bush this time around. We had Bush for the first term and how much do you need to tell you that he's a complete disaster and yet half of this country still voted for him. So yeah the Most Stupidest award goes to THE RED STATES WHO VOTED FOR GEORGE DUBYA!

.for question 1: G.W. Bush has been to Harvard, and has a degree, I would call that intelligence, not stupidity ! He is a twice elected President, I would call that Victory, and more that any of us have done. Question 2 ; J. Stalin who in his alcoholic stupor murdered many, could be one of the you are looking for. much of this criticism is of the President is invalid

its not bush whose the stupidest its the Americans. for several obvious reasons why would they re elect a person like him is beyond me!

what hitler did had never happened before and thus u cant blame anyone coz they never saw it coming. but what bush has been doing is so obvious and people still havent learnt there lessons. i mean we've got WW2 and the world has seen bush's inaptitude to govern the US or curb terrorism several times and what have we done. we went on to re elect him!

the president of america is considered to be one of the most powerful men in the world --- bush certainly doenst enjoy that status as is evident by his mounting unpopularity

No.

It's obvious many would like to vilify Bush. Even so, there have been much worse, even in our own country.

Consider James Buchanan, who led the U.S. into civil war, by far the deadliest conflict in American history.
