I clean houses for a living. First u must wear a mask go in with some bleach & scrub out the toilet. The bleach will help the smell enough to do the rest. Next get some liquid lysol & clean the out side of the toilet & the area where the flushing happens. Sorry I can't remember what the name of it is(stupid). If u have windows open them up for a day while u r doing this. And 1 more thing always wear gloves while cleaning a bathroom!!

what you need to do is clean it daily and also when your roommate makes a stench in the washroom, light a match. The sulphur in the match will take out any bad smell.

Poor a few drops of essential oil inside the cardboard toilet paper roll. Each time it is unrolled it will emit the smell of the oil into the air Good Luck !

Febreeze is the best air freshener that I've used. It seems to get rid of the odor instead of fighting a losing battle with it.

I use 2000 flushes. You just drop it into the tank and it keeps the bowl relatively clean and un-smelly for a few months. You can find it with the bathroom cleaners.

Start using those bleach cleansing tablets that you drop in the tank. That way, every time you flush, it smells like bleach at least.

buy some spray, like at the body shop, maybe lysol will work, but I think body spray or room spray is better
