I have an Advent 7016 laptop running Windows XP version 5.1.2600 with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz about 3 years old. When I switch it off it gains time, sometimes up to 2 months overnight. I can understand losing time as the battery fails but how can it gain time?
