Aside from the obvious plastic surgery option, how well your might recover is highly dependent on the physical condition of your body. As a general principal, the younger and better conditioned has better chance to heal.

Human body is an extremely intelligent organism. It is always trying to repair and restoring itself. The "younger" body tissues has better circulation and thus more easily rejuvenated and create better environment for restoration.

I don't mean younger in strictly number of years the body has been around. It all depend on how well one takes care of their physical body. We probably all met some 60-year old who looks like someone in their 40's (without the help of plastic surgeries).

Anyway, the keys to youthful body are regular exercise and plenty of water.

My suggestions are yoga and persistence. You may not see enough progress made within the time period you desire, and you may never be able to get back into the shape you once were but just because flowers are not blossoming above ground doesn't mean there isn't anything happening below the dirt. Be persistent.

All the best.

Sorry, They are part of you now. They will fade in time, but they will never go away. They are not a disease to be cured. They are the result of pregnancy or weight gain.

You can also try Mederma--over the counter cream. It is expensive but it is supposed to take away scars (and stretch marks I believe). Otherwise you can just wait--they should fade over time.

No. They can fade but never be "cured" or completely go away. To make them fade you can spread coco butter lotion on your stretch marks everyday for months. Eventually they wil fade but never disappear.
