Well, first, you really need to do some work on your English, and then it'll be easier to help you..
However, having said that, let me see if I can..
My suggestion would be, disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, release and plug the power cord back in, and then try rebooting.
If still no success, open the case by turning the two knurled knobs on the back of the case, and take off the side plate.
Next, locate the drive and check and see if it is plugged in, both by the ribbon cable, and the power cable.. If those are both connected, the processor might be bad, but, if it's pretty new, depending on where you bought it, if you haven't been able to use it at all, take it back..
Oh, and, when you are going INSIDE the case, make sure you unplug the power cord from the back, again..
