I think my husband is cheating one me. My cell phone bill has given me tons of evidence to support this, however, he denies it and so does she. I have already installed a keylogger on my computer, and so far it hasnt revealed much of anything, except my husband is obsessed with porn, but, yes, I have made mental notes of all passwords and will check his emails frequently. What I am looking for is for a sure fire way to catch him and confirm my suspicion or to ease my mind. If anyone has any ideas that have worked for them, please share. Oh, please avoid recommending buying books or downloadable advice you have to pay for. My husband keeps a strict budget and I would have to explain any out-of-the-ordinary expenses. I dont have my own stash of cash, we jointly share everything.

Even if these two have not had intercourse (or any sexual touching) this is inappropriate behavior for a married man. You need to figure out if you want to live the rest of your life with a liar. This is an emotional affair at the very least and that is WRONG! That type of talk is reserved for his wife only. The fact that he turned everything around on you is very telling of his character. Either you two get into marriage counseling, or you need to get a divorce attorney. You deserve better. Good luck.

So the cell phone records aren't enough for you ? Talking to the girl isn't enough for you ? Isn't he already a cheat when he's been talking to other women ?? Of course he's going to deny it and now that he knows you know he will hide things better. The only thing you have left now is to show up places he's supposed to be to see if he's actually there or follow him after work one day or during his lunch break.

Honey, the guy is already cheating--you KNOW it. So, start by protecting yourself. Make sure you have his SS number, all bank account numbers, any pension or stock info. Open your own checking account and start putting your paycheck into it. Then you will have money for a lawyer, PI, recording device, etc. The fact that HE controls the money is so you won't get out of line and he can do what he wants.

Get a phone recorder at Radio Shack, they sell one that's self contained, and a box that you can plug a recorder into. Most of these devices can be put on any extension line in the house. Put it in line or a y adapter where he won't see it. (assuming you have a land line phone.) Do not tell the clerk at radio shack what you want it for, or he can't sell it to you. (that varies from state to state.)
You could see when he comes home if he smells like someone else, or have sex with him, if he doesn't want to or can't, or smells like sex that's a pretty good indication.

well i have never had to go through this but i helped my sister catch her cheating dog. First we followed him and he went to this same house 2 times but we never saw a women. then we check the phone bill and saw a # i called it and said i was the cable company and i was checking on the cable in her area and needed to verify her address and c heck the spelling on her name. The one weekend he was supposedly going on a fishing trip so he would be miles away and out of reach so we thought we would have our chance to go confront her but to our surprise when we got there his truck was there. So instead or going to the door we call on-star and said we thought the car was stolen and needed to know they gave us the location then i called his cell and when he answered and i said hey Jess i think someone might have stolen your truck i saw it and someone in it and i know it was the truck so i called on-star for you within Min's he came running out of the house with her right behind him and me and my sis met him at the car. He couldn't talk his way out of that one and she caught him red handed. So my advice is get a best bud and do some investigative work and see what you come up with or tell him your going out of town for the weekend and hang around and see what hes up to. Good luck!!

Sorry you are going through a rough time.
Try going through his pockets for receipts. I found 2 movie stubs and a business card for the other woman. I gave her a call and she denied it too, but I caught them both in a lie. Try e-mailing me for some other things you can do.

follow him or hire a detective
get physical evidence (pictures or video)
this will help you in court a lot if you can catch him in the act

best way is to hire a private det. but without spending money it's hard to say - you could try following him, maybe in a friend's car

wow, you may not like my suggestion, but leave him...you obviously do not trust him at all, and what is love without trust? Whether he is or is not is irrelevant at this point.
