For a 1 inch square WOODEN box, it takes one tree or less. For a 1 foot square WOODEN box, it takes anywhere from less than one to more than one tree. For a CARDBOARD box... I think maybe you get the point. Be more specific when asking the question.

I'm confused. I always thought a box was made out of bush, and you put the tree in it...

i think you need to ask how much of a tree does it take. but not sure. as the tree would be ground up and made into cardboard.
