Barely.

If you travel at a constant 35MPH for three hours you will travel 105 miles 35 x 3). So, in theory, yes.

However, you've got to start the car, slow down for junctions and traffic lights, possible congestion and then find somehwere to park.

So, in reality, probably not.

35mph x 3 hr = 105 miles (traveled in 3 hours going 35 mph)
So the answer is yes.

Its actually very simple

35miles per hour
35 miles X 3 hours = 105 miles traveled in 3 hours

Thus you could travel that distance in 3 hours

yes, assuming there's no traffic. You travel 35 mph, which means in 1 hour you've gone 35 miles. in 2 hours you've gone 70 miles, and in 3 hours you've gone 105 miles.

Assuming you travel 35 mph the whole time (or average 35pmh over your trip), you will reach the destination in 2.86 hours or about 2 hours and 52 minutes.

Calculation is a simple ratio: 35 miles / 1hour = 100 miles / X hours

Solving this gives:
35X = 100;
X = 100/35 = 2.86

3 X 35 = 105. That means if you traveled at a steady rate of speed for 3 hours, you would cover 105 miles, so theoretically you would make it in time.

In reality, of course, you would have to factor in time for pit-stops, for getting lost, for parking, for standing in line to get into the stadium or auditorium.

Take your pick of answers. They are both correct.

100 miles divided by 3 hours = 33.33 miles per hour

So yes, 35mph is fast enough.
