Yahoo had the best financial format online. Now complicated, slow, and screwed up. After screwing up bulletin boards, now this.Poeple that want information want it simple and fast. Too complex and too slow. Return to old format. The new financial programmers are ruining the best and making terrible mistakes.
Technical analysis needs to be one-shot, fast, and simple. This new format is nowhere as easy to use as old. I don't want to spend all morning switching screens to half a dozen when the old format had it all on one screen

you might try finance.google.com. Although a competitor, it's got some cool stuff!

I agree, especially regarding the message boards. Their charts are still pretty good, though, and the new beta-version chart format is promising.

Stockcharts.com is a decent place for a quick chart. If you like to interact with a chart, have a look at ProphetFinance.com as the other answerer indicated. For a very good, and increasingly popular, message board site, check out InvestorVillage.com.

Best of success.

For free technical charts, I prefer the "snap charts" at Prophet.net
