If so, how many shaves do you get out of it before the "skin conditioning solid" falls off? I really loved this razor when I first tried it, but after three uses the darn thing had already broken and fallen off! It really cheeses me off! I was just wondering if this happens to everyone...

Make sure you keep it dry and allow the razor to drain upside down - meaning with the razor end toawrds the ground and the handle towards the ceiling. I have a hook in my shower that I hang it from to allow the water to drain out and keeps it dry when not in use. : )

Yeah I loved it when it first came out. But after a few uses, I found that it is no good in tricky places because you can't get a good angle on the blades.
If only they marketed the conditioning solid separately.
But any good razor is fine as long as you have a favorite "soap" While shaving gels are good { I like to use Skintimates, by Noxema sometimes} I've found that the best regular bath bars are Caress and Oil of Olay, since Caress is comparably very good - especially for the price, I use it very often.
We all have our favorites, since everyone's skin is not the same, and what we do in a typical day isn't the same as everyone else. Some of us just work harder with our body than others, and others prefer to workout more.

I like this razor and yes it breaks a part fast. I also noticed the hotter the water you use, the quicker it wears because it essentially melts...don't use it in the bath! It will be half gone before you know it...but its the only razor that doesn't give me burn.

I love the Mach III mens razor by Gillette. It's the best shave EVER and it stays sharp a long time, I think I change mine about every 2 weeks, and I have lots o' shavin' to do.

I have cut my shower time down in half with shaving every other day. I've never had that happen to me except maybe once or twice and as i think about it, its usually when the shaving cream part is pretty much done. make sure you are clicking your refill in the cartridge properly, maybe that will work...

use venus, that works good even with no shaving cream. i usually just use it in the shower everyday with body wash or water. takes a long time for the blade to get dull, like a monthish and i use it everyday.

I think that is a TERRIBLE razor, not only does the head fall off, but it snags on your skin....I LOVE the gillette sensor!
