Go for a walk but make sure to hold hands, have a picnic, do a drop in class for dancing, go to a college sporting event, go for a coffee and have a good chat about anything other than the responsibilities you have, give each other a foot rub, or how about taking turns making each other dinner. It is about having quality time for just the two of you.

My favorite date spot is the art museum. I dont know about in your city, but in Denver its free on Saturdays. Maybe you should look into different cultural activities where you live. Its usually free to go check out art galleries or historical tours, and theres usually always some free, educational thing to do around any town I've ever been to. Check local newspapers. In Denver, the Westword is always a good bet.

GREAT question, my Boyfriend and I are both broke and always trying to be spontaneous. I am definately keeping this on my watch list to see others answers. As for ways we keep entertained, movie marathon, picnic, beach day (with packed lunch), hike (to see wondeful views), listen to music, go on a walk, exercise together..
