You gain fat, lose muscle and lose energy. Doesn't do a whole heap of good for your mental health either.

At first, nothing much. You can miss even a few years of exercising and still be o.k.
But, after 3 or 4 years, your muscles will atrophy and turn into fat; your organs will suffer from missing their workout and put you at risk of various diseases, your brain will get sluggish for lack of the amount of oxygen it wants; you will feel depressed and unmotivated and people will think you are not only very boring, but much older than your biological age.
The first symptoms of all this happening vary according to the individual, and your present age, but depression and lack of energy seems a very common one for all folk.

Exercise keeps your body in good shape , from stress, keeps you healthy, can prevent you from several illnesses. It doesn`t mean that you have to kill your body with exercise ,no.3O minutes walk everyday is enough .Exercise is also good for your heart, also helps you from obesity, good for cardiovascular.
Good for your mind
So remember exercise don`t kill, it`s for your own good if you want to stay in shape, nice body and healthy. So try it now.
So if you don`t exercise you`ll have a poor way of thinking, unhealthy, fat,not a nice body to look at,stress, cardiovascular, a poor heart functioning.

Your muscles slowly waste away. Your metabolism slows. Your bodily processes become less efficient. Generally you gain weight (fat).
Eventually you become a higher risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, and other illnesses related to a sedentary lifestyle.
