Tom Cochran. He's a Canadian who fronted a band called Red Rider which had a hit with a song called "Lunatic Fringe." He left the band and had one solo hit with "Life Is a Highway."

Tom Cochran.. I love the version Rascal Flatts did for the movie "Cars" better though!!
