Both, but you will need to search the Web for the proper format. It's out there. I could tell you but then I would be doing your homework for you. Seek it out on the Web.

One way of doing it is by inserting footnotes at the end of the quoted passages and typing in the reference source. It will show up at the bottom of the page all neat and tidy.

If i remember correctly you put the quote in "parenthesis" then at the bottom of the page list the book it's from.
