The only time it is a fielder's choice is when the fielder could have got the runner out at first but decides to get or attempt to get a different runner out. So the answer is no because the fielder obviously didn't have a chance to get the guy who hit the triple out at first.

It is considered a triple, with a put out a home. The batter gets his triple (if he reaches 3rd before the runner at home is tagged out...if there are 2 outs). If there are less than 2 outs, then yes it's a triple.
It's only considered a fielder's choice if the batter reaches 1st only. Once the runners pass the next base (in your case, the runner from first touched 2nd and went on to 3rd), it turns into a different ruling (just a put-out).

If it is a fielder's choice, then, by definition, it wasn't a triple. See below. In other words, if, as a result of a fielder's choice, the batter stretched a double to a triple, then its still a double.
"FIELDER'S CHOICE is the act of a fielder who handles a fair grounder and, instead of throwing to first base to put out the batter-runner, throws to another base in an attempt to put out a preceding runner. The term is also used by scorers (a) to account for the advance of the batter-runner who takes one or more extra bases when the fielder who handles his safe hit attempts to put out a preceding runner; (b) to account for the advance of a runner (other than by stolen base or error) while a fielder is attempting to put out another runner; and (c) to account for the advance of a runner made solely because of the defensive team’s indifference (undefended steal)."

No...it is ruled a triple for the batter and an assist for the fielder who threw out the runner at home.

The runner has a head start off of first thanks to a lead and has the luxary of being farther from the fielder's throw coming home. If anyone would be out, it would be the batter.
The batter can hit a double and advance to third on a throw home, but that wouldn't be considered a three-base hit.

Once the batter touches first base safely without their being an error or someone else on his team being thrown out he is credited with a hit. If someone gets thrown out at any base after that, it is considered an assist for the outfielder.
