well today in math class she talked about how any power like 2 to the 0 power would be 1. so any number to the zero power is 1. but she isnt sure about zero or some ppl disagree.WHat is the answer and why?

1 is the muliplicative identity.

x^0 means you are not muliplying anything by anything, which is why you get 1. Therefore, 0^0 does equal 1, because you're multiplying 0 0 times.

In math infinity over infinity, zero over zero indefinite.

The base must be a real number except zero.
Because zero to the power zero is not zero.

In math, the definition of a concept is very important.

Hence zero over zero to the poer zero is unkonown,
The result is neither one nor zero.

But if the math level is low,
these concepts don't take considerations.

confident something power 0 is one. this is by using the fact, as quickly as we advance 2 to the flexibility of three this is 2x2x2. and if we advance 2 to the flexibility of 0, then this is 0 cases 2, yet no longer 0x2. for this reason something raised to the flexibility of 0 is one and not 0.
