very soft cloth dampened, not wet with 50/50
50% Rubbing Alcohol and 50% Water mix
Dry with clean dry soft cloth.

I just mix a capful of each. It works amazingly and I have never scratched the screen. I have 4 flatscreen lcd monitors.

don't spray anything directly on the screen. spray a light amount on a rag (so it's not dripping) and then wipe it. windex will work great
