I am absolutely fuming, (unlike me) I saw on the news here in the u.k at six oclock there were no troops from other nato countries being sent to help british soldiers in Afghanistan keep peace.
This is disgusting after all the men we lost in the second world war helping their countries and freeing them from the nazis.
Is it time to disband nato, pull out of the eu and look after our own interests and friends from abroad.
The french have always been cowards, and never been able to stand up for themselves, along with a few others, and what about all these countries who want to join the eu.
It seems that all these foreign governments want to do is,send all their undesirable citizens to the uk, so instead of that lets close our borders send these people back who should not be here and stuff the lot of them.

Here in the good old USA we know how you feel. World War II was won because you held out and we came over. Now the French and the Germans are trying to act like they never have to help anyone in the world. Their attitude is let the Brits and Yanks do it. Well here is 1 Yank saying a big thank you to the Brits for all you have done and are doing to help in the war on terror. Between us we can defeat this enemy too.

I share yoiur frustration to a large degree but you must remeber a few things. Your dealing with Europe here. Regardless of how it appears there are age old suspicions, pride and motives at work. Europe has been through 2 devastatin wars in the last 70 years and the effects, mentally, psychologically still reverberate to this day. European youth have not been taught to embrace any type of militaristic dogma. in fact just the opposite. Im not advocating we should teach our children militarism but European youth have basically been taught that the Military is criminal and we should have peace at all costs. Such are the results of Socialism at work. NATO was never designed to act independantly of the United States. In Fact NATO was formed as a purely DEFENSIVE bloc and the transition from that to conducting any other sort of operation has not been made in the minds of European leaders or people. Lastly the laws of many individual countries forbids troops to be sent out of the country . Germany for instance. Many of the European nations are socially and politically divided and if key groups were to "boycott" certain government policies those countries would not be able to govern effectively and would fall. I agree that Europe needs to step up. If they want to be true players on the International stage they have to start acting that way.

You are preaching to the choir. We feel the same way in the U.S. U.N. is a piece of garbage too. Last year the U.S. lost a spot on one of the committees to a country that still has slavery. Everybody is worried about what some piss poor little country thinks about them, then going out and making things better for everyone. Bless the soldiers for doing this.

Ahem, I'm sure that U.S. troops in Afghanistan outnumber British troops by a large margin.

It is sad that there aren't more troops from other countries there. I blame that on George Bush, who has spent the last three years needlessly diverting the world's attention to Iraq.

i will answer this in my personal very biased way. i'm infertile. I easily have a baby by adoption, yet apparently adequate even as i develop into youthful i did not favor children. i will nonetheless very a lot comprehend the sentiments of those that are baby loose by employing determination, and those that are baby loose by employing infertility. For years I struggled with the idea of effortless techniques to artwork with the mum capacity without *being* a mom. for sure, a lot of this develop into balled up in my personal topics with the discomfort of not with the flexibility to have a baby at that element. I had an experience with Hathor that all started me on my experience of recognize-how that one does not might want to be a mom, to comprehend the idea of the mum and artwork with that. there are quite some institutions with the word "mom" and all of us - adult men, females, mothers and fathers, the childless - demonstrate a number of those features. all of us nurture, all of us have a tendency, all of us are fiercely shielding of something. moms are loving sometimes positive, yet they are bada**. A sterile, baby loose woman matches in only an same as each person else in my opinion. Fertility does not in basic terms word to breeding. Mothering might want to not be taken in basic terms actually. on the grounds that transforming into a mom to my baby i assume I easily have replaced really in my recommendations about "the mum", yet i do not imagine I easily have any extra link which includes her than I did before.

My English friend, we in the US are in the midst of the largest mass migration in human history, a most unwanted one. Our Mexican "friends" are hanging our flag upside down, bankrupting our social services, bringing violent gangs into being, killing us in drunk driving wrecks by the hundreds, threatening retribution if we force them to return home, and telling us openly that there's nothing we can do to stop the choking flood. Any suggestions?
