I do not think so. Tyne Dalye (Lacey) is the older sister of Timothy Daly, who played Joe in the TV series "Wings". She was married, now divorced with three children of George Stanford Brown. She played succesfully the rol of the Judge Amy's mother in "Judging Amy".
Sharon Gless (Cagney) is still working, playing many roles until this day. She is married. So, they are not playing "the L word", not for fiction, not in real life.

They are both still alive . They played on an episode of Judging Amy together. Tyne Daly was married.
