This is the best program to password-protect files and folders, and it's free (at least it used to be, not sure anymore). BUT, whatever you do, do not forget your password, otherwise you may never open those files / folders again ;)

Whenever you ask for puter help...

Puter Help!

If you want to really fix your computer problem you have to tell me
many things!

What is your Operating System?
What is your Computer system configuration?
(Memory, CPU, system age, etc.)
What is your Hardware Make and Model?

This is a note to anyone who asks for help on Yahoo Answers!

Always supply as much information in your question as possible.
There are many folks here who are very well qualified and able
to help but only so long as you help them with this kind of
background information.

Do the best you can to help those who can and want to help you!

If you are using WinXP Pro all you have to do is make separate user accounts for everyone who logs into your machine and save all of your spreadsheet in a private folder.

Have fun but be safe!
